International Arbitration Without Frontiers

The difference in legal system and traditions, the variation of the understandings and practice, or even the use of languages and dialects may create boundaries to international arbitration to the parties and thus lead to the challenges for arbitral institution to provide internationalized arbitral services to its clients. International Arbitration without frontiers, jointly organized by ICC and CIETAC, is a conference to discuss what efforts have been made to create an environment for international arbitration without frontiers and how such efforts have benefited the disputing parties in China and beyond.
